Project/Technical
Information
Feedstock: Choose from the following (check all the apply)
Municipal Solid Waste: _______ Unprocessed/Raw
_______ Residual from Recycling
_______ Processed to RDF
_______ Processed/Shredded
_______ Analysis available
_______ State Moisture %, if known
Biomass: _______ Wood
_______ Sawdust
_______ Construction/Demolition Waste
_______ Scrap Tires
_______ Sewage Sludge
_______ Agricultural Residues
_______ Animal Waste
_______ Black Liquor
_______ Other (specify) ____________________________________
_______ Paints
_______ Pharmaceuticals
_______ Paper Sludge
_______ Manufacturing Residuals (specify) ______________________
_______ Other (specify) ____________________________________
Medical
Waste: _______
(specify) _________________________________________
Hazardous
Waste:
_______ (specify) _________________________________________
Liquid Wastes:
_______ (specify) __________________________________________
Any analysis of the waste should be provided if available.
This will help ascertain how the plant will be designed.
In order to do an estimated Mass and Heat Balance of the system utilizing your
projected waste stream,
Proximate and Ultimate analysis will be required. Moisture content and BTU of
the waste is required to
determine operational efficiencies and energy output.
Some external fuel will be required for start up and for
use in the process when the waste feedstock does not
have adequate heating value. What fuels are available based on the location of
the project?
This information will assist in determining the operational costs of a facility.
Indicate available fuel sources at the project site: Natural Gas _______
Propane _______
Butane _______
Biogas _______
Landfill Gas _______
Diesel _______

Are there agreements in place for sale of products (i.e. PPA)? Yes / No
Size of the project(s) (feedstock consumption rate): __________________tons per day
Feedstock moisture content %: ______________________%
Scope of Supply
IES manufactures the Advanced Pyrolytic System (APS) and
will provide this technology as part of the project.
However, IES can provide the balance of plant with the appropriate engineering
and procurement as well as
construction if required. In some cases there is an opportunity for IES to
provide a developer, for a Build Own
Operate facility, to a municipality or industry.
Is the balance of plant to be supplied by IES? Yes / No
Is IES to supply equipment to include the pre-processing
equipment (conveyors, shredders, storage, etc.)?
Yes / No
Is IES to furnish the waste sorting facilities? Yes / No
Is IES to furnish construction or project management? Yes / No
Buildings? Yes / No
Site and civil work?
Yes / No
Do you want IES to supply a “Turnkey Project?”
Yes / No
Do you want IES to supply equipment only? Yes / No
